Prepared a jurisdictional flow chart highlighting the applicable law to the following employment areas: discrimination, leave, minimum wage and overtime. The flow charts provide the reader with an easy to follow chart to determine what jurisdictional laws apply (Virginia, Maryland, or District of Columbia) and what protections (if any) those laws provide.
