This report provides an overview of changes to office procedures at Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) offices in the state of New Hampshire during the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of these changes – including office closures, wait times, and online applications – create access issues that disproportionately affect communities of color, and some may be permanent. This report is part of a larger state survey; other states are available in the Library.
