A collaborative survey including the LFAA, Alliance Firms and the Northeastern University School of Law's Civil Rights Restorative Justice Project

The LFAA's Criminal Legal Working Group, in collaboration with the Northeastern University School of Law's Civil Rights Restorative Justice Project, led by Professor Margaret Burnham seeks to assess and redress the systemic issue of wrongful convictions of Black people. Particularly those that were denied the right to fair prosecution during the Jim Crow era.
