Overview

Presented by the American Bar Association's Litigation Section's Diversity Task Force on Implicit Bias, this website provides a variety of resources aimed at addressing implicit biases within the legal profession and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Included within this resource is a glossary of keywords and terminology used about bias and bias incidents, as well as a recommended reading list and a 20-minute film offering a summary of the neuroscience relevant to understanding implicit bias.(No date)
